Kedua, bot pembuat pasaran (market making). Bot ini macam makcik yang selalu sedia stok nasi lemak, tak kira harga naik atau turun. Dia letak harga beli dan jual dekat dengan harga semasa, pastikan sentiasa ada pembeli dan penjual. Kalau orang lain nak beli, dia jual. Nak jual, dia beli. Bot ni untung daripada perbezaan harga beli-jual, macam komisyen kecil setiap kali transaksi.
Ketiga, bot tren (trend). Bot ini macam kawan yang ikut ramai – kalau semua orang beli nasi lemak pedas, dia pun beli. Kalau semua jual, dia pun jual. Bot ini ikut arah pasaran, beli bila harga naik, jual bila harga turun. Sesuai untuk mereka yang percaya ‘tren itu kawan’.
Keempat, bot grid. Bot ini macam tukang kebun yang tanam pokok pada jarak tertentu. Dia letak beberapa ‘garisan’ harga, beli bila harga turun ke garisan bawah, jual bila naik ke garisan atas. Bot ini untung daripada turun-naik harga dalam julat tertentu, macam panjat pokok kelapa – naik turun tapi tetap dapat kelapa.
Setiap bot ada kelebihan dan risiko. Pilihlah yang sesuai dengan gaya dan bajet anda. Yang penting, belajar dulu, cuba dengan wang kecil, dan jangan letak semua telur dalam satu bakul!
